On 12 Sep 2013, Shandong Zhongyuan Greentech Co., Ltd got the CEP certificate issued by EDQM , and the Certificate Number is R0-CEP2011-281-Rev00.

  CEP is the abbreviation of ‘Certification of Suitability to the monographs of the European Pharmacopoeia', and is the same as COS, which Chinese always call. CEPs are recognised by the signatory parties of the Convention on the Elaboration of a European Pharmacopoeia, i.e. all member states and the European Union. They are also recognised by other countries, e.g. Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Tunisia and Morocco.

  Mr. Naipu Li, the boss of Greentech, is glad to get this CEP certificate and he thinks Greentech always insist that quality is the most important for Greentech products, especially under the background that the competition is fierce , Greentech met some difficulty how to let the clients understand the quality of our materials, how to win the trust of the clients. This CEP certificate can help Greentech handle this difficulty, it means the EDQM, which is the official regulation government of EU, approve the quality of Greentech materials as active pharmaceutical ingredients(API) in EU market, and it means Greentech get the key to EU API market.

  Mr. Li said that the CEP certificate was not only one Certificate, but it represented Greentech material and GMP system were approved by EU official regulation government. The CEP certificate should be supported by high level GMP system (ICH Q7) and professional managers and trained workers.
