1. Starting material ---- raw materials purchase system
Our source of the bone materials has been guaranteed by a complete supplier evaluation system. All the suppliers must pass our audit, the supplier’s hardware and soft ware must be compliance with the national authorities’ hygiene standards and our requirements. Also the slaughter method is required so as to control the TSE risk and the quality of the raw materials from the beginning.
2. Materials management
We have the strict materials management system; all the incoming materials must pass the tests of the quality department laboratory and put into the GMP management. In order to avoid the corruption of the bone materials, we have the refrigerator dedicated for the storage of the bone materials to assure the clean and wholesome.
